I.Application

ZYD series double-stage vacuum insulation oil purifier used in power plants, power plants, electric power company, transformer industry, metallurgy, petrochemical, machinery, transportation, railway and other industries. In particular, the depth of purification of large new oil on the above 110KV transformer substation site maintenance, as well as high-grade imported oil, transformer oil, oil EHV transformer oil. II.Product Features
Based on the high efficient vacuum oil filtration, roots vacuum booster system and secondary high vacuum separation system are added. Which enable the vacuum limit reaching ≤5pa.
Being able to remove water and gas and effectively under high vacuum and high speed operation status ,which achieves satisfactory dryness and could bring the breakdown voltage up to reduces the oil aging problem existing with ordinary purifier as caused by repeated heating.
Distinctive removing impurities technology filtering through double FH trapezoidal network and absorbing by high polymer without the mechanical power.
The advanced infrared level automatic control system. interlocking control foe pressure protection and power heating system ensure long-term safe and reliable operation.
Mobile equipment for outdoor use.
Live-line vacuum oiling and dehydrating feasible.
