Reverse osmosis mineral water purification plant / RO pure water purification system / river water purification machine includes silica sand filter, active carbon filter, sodium ion exchanger, Ozone generator and UV Sterilizer, RO machine (If mineral water, use hollow fiber filter). All these machines made by stainless steel food stage.
Function Description:
The system uses mechanical filter & active carbon as pre-filtration, which will effectively remove the suspend substance, sand particle, organic colloid, organic colloid, organic compound, odor and odd Cl2 etc; And a softener will be used to exchange the Ca or Mg hydronium from the water; Finally the RO membrane will act as pre-desalination filter, to remove large majority of dissolved salt, bacterium etc; and use ozone sterilization system and ozone fresh keeper to assure the water quality to reach our water requirement.

Working flow:
STEP<1>. Sand Filter: Use quartz sand media with a diameter of 2-4mm to remove some big suspended solids like colloids, rust, mud, impurity etc.
STEP<2>. Carbon Filter: Active carbon can absorb some organism, dissolved air, odor & color matter etc.
STEP<3>. Softener: Use cation exchange resin to remove Calcium, Magnesium etc. to make soft water.
STEP<4>. Security Filter: Use 5 -20 micron sediment cartridge filter / bag filter, to remove the passed suspended solid from pre-treatment, so that to ensure the safety of the entrance of RO system.
STEP<5>. Reverse Osmosis: The nanometer RO membrane can intercept the inorganic salt, heavy metal ions, organic matter, colloid, bacteria, viruses and other impurities but H2O of the source water, so it can produce the pure water.

When the water through the machine, it machine will stop suspend substance through the good quality silica sand. and also protect the following machines and also clean the water this machine can achieve the back washing itself through the manual valve device, and can prolong the life of machine also.
-- Active carbon filter
This Active carbon filter is simple and reliable, easy to maintain. It is suitable for the places which are strict with water quality like enterprises, hotel, army, station and dock. All in all, it is a really good water supply device for both industry and living.
--Sodium ion exchanger
This machine we also called softner , that Soften theory is Exchanging Na++ of resin itself instead of Ca++Mg++ of water resource with Ion to make water resource soften and become soft water.
Reverse Osmosis:
The Reverse osmosis mineral water purification plant / RO pure water purification system / river water purification machine's key part is reverse osmosis membranes that is from the America, it has a good performan Drinking water making machine to eliminate salts and the high pressure pump is from a high quality pump producer in China, it's easy to handle for its simple structure. The source water, in the case that the conductivity is less than 300us/CM, can reach the national standards totally after treatment by this device, it's the most ideal equipment for water treatment.
UV sterilizer machine:
